Chiropractic Adjustments:

An adjustment is a gentle technique that re-aligns the spine or joint. In our office, this is performed either by the Diversified Method (hands-on), Activator, blocks or drop method (tool-method). Our patient's health level and/or comfort level determines the methods used.

Electric Muscle Stimulation

Electric Muscle Stimulation: is a form of therapy to decrease inflammation, edema, muscle spasm and/or pain. However, do not confuse E.M.S. with a T.E.N.S unit which is used for pain control only.

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound Therapy: is a deep heat therapy to break old scar tissue around soft tissue. Which in turn will allow your body to regenerate new and stronger tissue in the same striations as the muscle fibers. As a result, this allows your muscles to transition to the rehabilitation (strengthening) stage of treatment.

Hot and Cold Treatments

Hot and Cold Therapy: controls pain, inflammation, and muscle spasm. Most importantly, they relax the muscles.

Paraffin Bath

Paraffin Bath: is a form of deep heat therapy for the hands. By dipping your hand/wrist in warm wax and allowing the heat to relax the tendons, ligaments, and muscles in your hands and wrists.

Thumper

Thumper: is a mechanical massager, which relaxes the muscles in addition to stimulating circulation.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy: eliminates muscle spasms, address muscle atrophy, trigger points, and eliminate toxins. Appointments can be scheduled online with Schedulicity.com. (temporarily on hold)

Nutritional Recommendations

Nutritional: Chances are highly likely, if you are in pain, every aspect of your life has been suffering too. By this I mean, how well are you eating? Taking supplements? Have arthritis…are you adding glucosamines to your daily supplement intake? How about your Calcium & Magnesium ratio?
